How do I access the online portion?

These are the general steps for our Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED & Basic Life Support classes. 

For any Instructor Training classes please follow the information in your confirmation email and the email you will receive from SalesForce.

If by any chance after selecting the link in the email and you go to select "REGISTER" and it says the seats are filled, please just email us at tc@true-community.com and we will modify that for you. If you run into any other issues please feel free to contact us or contact the American Red Cross at 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

How do I reschedule?

If you need to reschedule feel free to email us at tc@true-community.com and one of our representatives will assist with finding the next best day and time for you to complete the class. 

Are there any cancellation fees?

If you try to reschedule or cancel there will be a fee applied. For any cancellations 24 hours or less before your scheduled class there will be a $60 fee associated with rescheduling. We do not offer any refunds for cancellations. If you reach out to reschedule within 24-48 hours then a $40 fee will be applied. For 48+ hours prior to the start of the class you contact us to reschedule there will be a $20 fee applied. For any questions or concerns contact tc@true-community.com

4 / Do I need to bring anything for the training?

For basic level classes such as Adult & Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED, No, just finish the online material(s) prior to the class. 

 

For instructor level courses please bring your instructor's manual

5 / What if I don’t finish the online materials prior to the class?

6 / How do I find my certification?

Go to Digital Certifications | Red Cross and either input your email, or your first/last name and the month of your training.
